"I’ve now lost 1 and ½ stone and dropped 2 dress sizes since attending Diana and Esther’s Weight Loss Without Dieting Workshop (approx 6/7 months ago). The workshop was great for me because of all the information, tools and psychological techniques Diana and Esther shared with us. Of most value was being able to ask questions about my particular downfalls and problems and hear their suggestions and solutions to try, including a smaller plate, no seconds, drinking water when peckish, trading “naughty” food with a walk. Having the tick chart stuck on the fridge to monitor the three habit changes was also a really helpful motivator. The biggest turning point was Diana identifying that Candida overgrowth was a problem for me when my weight-loss seemed to plateau. Once that was out of my system (which took about 5 or 6 weeks), and I gradually resumed “normal” eating (with all the new good habits, of course), the weight loss has continued at a healthy steady pace, without any pain or deprivation feelings. I have what I want and enjoy it and at the same time am very much more aware and conscious of what and how much. I haven’t experienced any undesirable side-effects like tiredness or cravings like I have done in previous weight-loss attempts. So, I’d whole-heartedly implore Diana and Esther to keep up the good work with more workshops because I have a few friends who want to know when the next one is." Vee Smith mysuperva.co.uk
