This will be a day in which to find out what’s been hindering your weight loss and holding you back from healthier eating. A day to inspire and motivate you so that you can be the way you want to be.

Find out:
  • what your triggers for eating are
  • what governs your choices of food
  • how dieting is not a long term solution

       See how you can use this to:
  • find out how your body reacts to what you eat and how that influences you
  • understand how to use the glycaemic index in everyday choices
  • identify eating habits you didn't know you had
  • plan for long term, effective change

You'll go away with:
  • your own menu plan
  • a good understanding of healthy eating and the nutritional aspects
  • practical strategies to maintain your new way of being you
  • a good lunch that demonstrates the principles


Arrival time for the workshop is 9.30am and it runs until 4.30pm

Whilst the workshop is designed as a standalone course so that you can take the information away and run with it yourself, we do also run monthly follow-up sessions which provide further information. The first follow up  is included with this workshop.

Basic follow up email support on implementing the new strategies is also included. More individual support is available if you would prefer that.

Please note that it is possible to reserve your place by paying a deposit of £20 when booking onto the course. The balance will be required no less than one week before the course commences (two weeks before to qualify for early bird booking).
